I'm Zuzanna Zacharska, a Senior Product Designer based in Warsaw with a strong focus on user-centered design and clear communication. I combine a sharp eye for detail with a practical mindset, crafting experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually thoughtful. I enjoy shaping both structure and language, and UX writing is a natural part of how I design. Figma is my main tool, but listening to users and aligning with team goals is what truly drives my process. Over the past 5 years, I've worked across web and mobile products, crafting interfaces that prioritize clarity, accessibility, and flow. My process is research-informed, collaborative, and always focused on the bigger picture behind the screen. Currently, I'm a part of the MultiSport Team at Benefit Systems, where I help shape digital experiences for users across web and mobile products. My work spans the entire design process, from discovery and research to prototyping, UX writing, accessibility, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. I enjoy turning complex challenges into simple, intuitive solutions that create value for both users and the business. When I'm not deep in Figma or analyzing user feedback, I'm probably spending time with my golden retriever Zuri, who recently turned 2 and still has plenty of energy. I believe thoughtful design can make everyday experiences simpler, more useful, and a little more human, and that's what continues to inspire my work.
